About
The Triumvirate by three Religious leaders known as Prefects. The Prefects are said to hold equal power, however with the events leading up to Hydra III and the encounters with the Orrin Cartel has indicated that their power is either unequal, or divided in interests.
Diplomatic Status with USI
Enemy. Due to the encounter at the Colony (Name needed) where Psions were being held against their will and drained of their PBP the relationship between the Triumvirate and the USI was instantly at odds despite the encounter being between the USI and the Orrin Cartel, which is headed by one of the Triumvirates Prefects, Prefect Sprague.
History
